Our Founder
Hi! I’m Philip Setnik, MBA, PMP, CSM. I’ve been managing projects of all shapes, sizes, and types for around three decades. As with many people called upon to manage projects, I was winging it at first. Fortunately, good mentors and training programs helped me understand what project management is really all about. This has culminated in my Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials.
I truly believe that success in a project is based on the people involved – their expertise, brought together to focus on accomplishing the project goals – a team approach to solving problems and doing the work. And this is what I do best – building teams and keeping them moving forward.
And I am the voice of calm in the face of possible storms, bringing a steady, reasoned approach to my projects. I love bringing people together to solve problems (and avoid them in the first place).
